Nike R3299 jordan protomax defective nightmare

Nike has a 2year manufacturer defective warranty that I'm currently trying to get them to asses my defective that I bought from an authorized dealer "Shesha the Zone". 2months agao I've made contact with them and they've rep**** to me once about the matter is under investigation. Poor customer service and poor public relations coming from a well established brand. Cmon nike you are doing the opposite of what you're logo stand for & also what's stated on you're website about sorting customers out & getting them back in the game as soon as possible. I've spent R3299 on my Jordan protomax & I've worn them 7 times occationally. I need an assessment and I need you to honour you're warranty.
