Nike Presto

Good day Nike SA.

I've been a fan for ages, since started working in 2004... I've never had such Love and passion for footwear. Please see a factory fault on my recent pair of Grey Presto Essential. I bought this pair hardley a month ago, and it brakes my heart to see what is on the one shoe (right foot). Please see photo of fault on Grey pair. And see previous pairs and lenght of time wearing Nike proudly on any other day. Kindly assist with address for item return and possible validation of what i believe is not wear and tear but simply slight oversight of a Q A check process...
