Nike online damaged

I had good service when ordering shoes online but the shoes was damaged and had to do a refund and get new ones again. Issue is I bought the Nike Terra Kiger's online as you cant get them in South Africa on the 12/10/2018 - And the outsole has already pulled loose - only noticed it today. I want to check their online return policy and warranty on shoes as it has basically been 4 months and this is not due to abuse - but the web site cant seem to assist me. Can someone contact me and assist.
