Nike Menlyn Mall lack of customer service

I would give Nike Menlyn Mall 0 stars if there was the option. Complete lack of communication and customer service. Trying to exchange shoes/trainers for a smaller size and they can't match the code that's on the shoe with the code on the box. How is that my problem as the customer who has nothing to do with their stock control or lack there of... neither the store or area manager are getting back to me. Not even the Customer care services. Absolutely shocking representation of a world renowned brand. Also no email address for complaints only a land-line.
