Nike left me feeling dissatisfied

Email and photo's sent to Nike four days ago too which I have had no response.

I have always been a ***** of Nike, well that was until this year. I purchased two pairs of running shoes in about 4 months.

After about 2 months, the air in the one shoe went out. I took it back to the stockist and was told it was due to thorns and that the shoe had a puncture. The pair of shoes were replaced. One month later the same thing. I am now sitting with a brand new pair of running shoes that cannot be used. I can understand if I was using the shoe to do trail running, but these shoes are used for road running, where thanks to the wind you may pick up a thorn or two.

If I look at the words used in the review below, “good structure, good conditioning, won’t let you down” this definitely has not been my experience this year.
