Nike eastrand mall

Nike Factory shop Boksburg, has the worst customer service ever i would not recommend them to even my worst enemy.

We asked someone on the floor to assist as the price tag has no price on it then a very unhelpful lady eventually came to help us an told me the item is R 428 each. (At this point i told her as you sure cause there are no prices on these items in which her response was yes its R429 each. )

After standing in the line to pay for over an hour cause there is only one person working behind the till and a bunch of people who want to pay. On the actual floor there was and we counted 6 other employees standing around and talk to each other.

We got to the front of the line and when ringing up the items they scanned for R 699 each, we asked the same lady who helped us on the floor and she was fighting us cause she never said that nor did she helped us.

We asked for the manager and the manager was never called to help us .

Im very disappointed with this place.
