Nike Concept Store Mall of Africa

I have a complaint about a sneaker that I have purchased from the Nike Concept Store in the Mall of Afirca. The sneaker is a size 8 UK Airmax 270 Black/Light Bone Hot Punch with the code AH ********** .

At the time of purchase I purchased the sneaker at at total price of R 2299.99 (vat included). The sneaker was purchased on the 24 March 2018 at 18:49:29.

I have been a loyalist of the Nike brand for years with no problems. On Sunday the 1 April I had tried to return the sneakers after wearing them only to find out that they fit a little to tight after wearing them for about 3 hours. I received no help from the so called manager “Marius” who was very dismissive of my request to return the shoes and exchange them for a bigger size which would fit more comfortably.

I am disappointed at the patronage I have received from the manager you have chosen to run this store and dismiss customers after purchasing sneakers to the value of R 2299.99 I am lodging a complaint with the ombudsman and will relentlessly follow up with you to resolve this matter.

The slip I received after purchase states that refunds are valid for up to 14 days from original purchase day. I was willing to exchange my sneaker for a bigger size but due to the patronage I require a full refund in order to take my business elsewhere.
