Nike and Jack lemkas

I bought a pair of nike at Jack lemkas in Cape Town for R2000 now the bubble has popped I took the shoe back and they say there is nothing they can do. I hardly even used the shoe this must be the worst back up service I ever found. And for years I have been supporting the brand all I ask is a professional approach and to get this sorted
