Nike and Aremax bad combination

I bought sneakers on the 29 of November and I have not received my sneakers now the Aramex courier is telling me that the were hijacked on the 13 and now the did not communicate with me and now I calling and no one is giving me a way forward on this issue I need to know if I going to get a refund or a reorder.
