Nike accused customers of wearing items then returned it

Two weeks ago i bought a pair of Nikes for my daughter who was out of town. Yesterday she returned home and I gave her the Nikes...3 and half in size. She wear a 3 so fit it on..too big and returned it the this morning. Upon return she was accused of wearing the shoes and putting a small hole in it. Absolutely not true!!!! I called a "Meghan" at the store at 14h10 today (26 Apr.2023) and told her that accusing my daughter was uncalled for. She did not even want the shoes! This is not how customers should be treated!!! No matter if they are young! I will never buy shoes from Nike Access Park Kenilworth again....this is sad.
