Nike Access Park - Poor Customer Service!!!

I went to Nike Access Park Kenilworth in Cape Town on Sunday afternoon after calling the store. I asked the store assistant what time the store closes and she promptly rep**** at 2.00pm. I immediately put the phone down and rushed to make it on time. Upon arrival at 1.04pm I saw a queue and diligently went to the back of the queue. However I was ubruptly told by the security officer that there is no further people allowed in the queue due to the fact that they have instructions from their Head Office that they could stop having people in the queue and hour to 1.30 hours. I immediately requested to see the Manager who in turn came out boystrously and echoed the sentiment. He concluded that they are well within their right to not accept anyone standing in the queue. In front of the door it indicates only 40 people allowed in the store. When I asked the manager how many persons are in the store he confidently confirmed 25. When I asked why he said because I have 15 staff. When I questioned this he concluded they are more conscious of customer safety than the numbers. When I asked him to make an exception because I came all the way from Somerset West, it fell on deaf ears. He would not allow me in the queue. I travelled more than 40km to go to that store and it was no where close to their closing time. Have you ever heard of Customer Service.
