Nika SA - Cancels order without my Consent

So i have decide to order 2 pair of shoes online from Nike - i have made the payment to them and my order was fine and accepted.

I have been checking up with them everyday since i have placed my order and no one has advised me that my order is on hold or anything. Yesterday(01 Dec 2020) when i spoke to them i was advised i will receive my order by the 13 Dec 2020.

Today (02 Dec 2020) i decided to follow up again and was advised that my order was cancelled as they could not do a confirmation on the order. Keeping in mind that i have never received no email whatsoever from them to verify my order.

I have asked them what's the reason for this they cannot tell me. I have saved up for months in order for me to buy these gifts for my loved ones as they wanted these shoes and picked them out months ago. I was now told by Jinky some manager from Nike that it's cancelled and the refund was processed and i should wait 10 business days money will be in my account - they not considering that this was a xmas order for my loved ones they not making an effort to find another way for me to get my order. In 10 day times is xmas and i won't find decent shoes cause every1 rushing to buy proper shoes - i was also told that finance has a reason why this was cancelled and refunded and should hear from them in 7 business days which i feel is unfair they took my money the same day now i need to wait 10 days.
