Never order from Nike

Nike absolutely useless!!!! They don't deliver what you order and always blame the courier. I ordered 2 items for a gift in November and still haven't received the order, which now is absolutely useless to me. I have been trying to get a refund, and that is not even a option Nike is willing to do. That keep telling they will give me feedback on the investigation in 3 day, this been going on a off like this since the 8th December. My advice DO NOT ORDER anything from Nike there are other brands out there!!!!
