Never buy from Nike online

<p>Firstly I ordered a pair of shoes and it arrived almost a week late. I send it back as it was the wrong size. That was almost 3 weeks ago. Nike still haven't picked it up. Thus not refunding my money. I purchased a second pair which arrived more than a week late. I opened the box and was a totally different shoe than my order nevermind the fact it was a size 6.5 and I ordered an 11. Now I have to return the second pair as well and purchase a third pair which means I will be more than R5000 out of pocket without a pair of shoes to wear and not knowing whenever they will pick up the wrong pairs and refund me. Over the past few weeks I probably spend more than 3 hours on the phone as well.</p> <p>After all this Nike only offers 15% discount and free shipping on the next purchase. How crazy can one be to even think about buying another pair of shoes after this horrible experience.</p> <p> </p> <p>Never ever buy from Nike online.</p>
