Mbali store manager Nike Fourways worse customer service

I bought my son a per of Nike AirForce 1 and asked the sales person for a size 13 he gave me a size one. I get home and the shoe is too big. I went to a different store and bought him a different per of shoes. Today i went back to the store i bought the AirForce from ( Nike store fourways) The store manager Mbali refused to do the refund because i used a debit card and she insisted on returning the money onto the card,u explained that you can't return money into a debit card she said to me" why would you use a card that doesn't return money into?" What kind of a Manager asks to return money into a debit card. The shoes are still new and never be used, i bought the shoes last week Friday to wear Christmas day. Now what must i do with these shoes???
