Limited stock of Jordan 1 Royals

<p>Dear Nike SA</p> <p>I would like to know why such a limited amount of stock of the Nike Jordan 1 "Royals" was made available to retailers around South Africa? I would like to estimate that that probably under 100 pairs had been made available to South African consumers. Why was your release date changed from the 1st April 2017 moved to the 22nd April 2017? When the worldwide release was the 1st April 2017.Namely retailers Archive,Cross trainer and shelflife each recieved 8-12 pairs per store! Many consumers (myself included) who genuinely love the brand have been left empty handed, speechless and angered by what looks like a misappropriation of stock. While this will probably be denied, i believe that somebody has dropped the ball. Your marketing team has become so detached from its consumers! Supply vs Demand. You are allowing resellers the opportunity to exploit the brand and our love for sneakers. Why should I pay R5000 + for a shoe that originally cost R1999,00. 8-12 pairs a store is pathetic and I would go as far as stating that any harm or injuries to consumers should lay squarely at your door. Many fights have occurred due to your inability to meet the needs of both retailers and consumers. Somebody at Nike requires a wake up call, because clearly your marketing strategy is in desperate need of overhauling. Your response to my questions will be greatly appreciated, thank you.</p>
