Inferior shoes

We bought shoes ( metcons) front he Nike Store at mall of Africa , the shoes didn't even last 6 months and the heels had collapsed. On returning the shoes as they are manufacturer fault . No refunds or voucher and you have to get the new shoes from the same store even though other stores have a shoe in the right size . No the manger "mo" told us that the new stock would be in in the middle of the month . In other words training in old shoes till the high and mighty Nike can replace the shoes . I find this disgusting co to deal with and when you phone head office Theni just gets dropped , in other words the high and mighty bosses hide away from the Joe public . Nike was a good shoe but now it's junk for a fortune .
