If you are disabled do not shop at Nike Access Park

I have had one of the worst shopping experiences at Nike Access Park.

My wife myself and our two kids came to shop as we are regular shoppers at many Nike stores.

My wife is physically disabled so when we arrived at the store I asked the security if my wife and kids would be allowed in sice she is disabled and cannot stand very long without assistance.

The security advised that we can come in but we need to leave our two 6 year old kids in the car.

I then went and explained this to my wife and then went to stand in the long queue outside. My wife then went to ask for the manager to assist.

The manager advised that the best they can do is to allow my wife inside whilst myself and the two kids stand in the line outside.

I don't know how the manager expect my wife to fit on clothes and shoes without my assistance and what if she were to fall.

Besides this while standing in the line for 45+ minutes I saw how the security allowed people to skip the line and just walk in. This could have been staff but it's highly unlikely as they were not dresses in a employment order.

My wife is currently very emotional and does not want to shop at Nike stores again.

I hope that this will be investigated as I would not want another disabled couple to go through such embarassment.
