I want my money back, you guys **** and gave me false hope.

Order number - G***. I placed an order with Nike SA online on the 04/11/2025. My order was to be delivered between the 09/11 - 16/11. The order was delayed, I called in and texted nike on the 17/11 and was told to wait for 48 hours for my parcel to be delivered. On the 19/11 I texted and called to check and I was told they dispatched the order and it was in the vaal triangle Aramex and that I should expect my order today the 20/11 and was given the link and tracking number. Nothing was delivered today, so I called in at Aramex regarding the parcel and I was told that the parcel was hijacked with the car on the 10th and Nike SA was informed about this on the 10th and that they were supposed to communicate with me with regards to the matter. Nike SA didn't do all of that instead I was **** to and given false hope that my order was on the way whereas they knew very well of the hijacking. Aramex even provided me with a case number CAS186/11/2025. So today I contacted Nike SA and they told me to give them 3-5 workings days to investigate the matter. Already this order is delayed with 4 days already. I don't have time, all I want is for them to refund me and I don't want to hear anything about 10 working days for my refund. The item I want is no longer available on stock so I would like to get my money back and purchase something elsewhere. I paid the full amount for the item and delivery fee. I am so disappointed as this is not the first time I purchase from Nike SA.
