Huge disappointment on Nike SA online

I bought Sneakers for my kids on Nike SA online , I paid extra for shipping so I get the sneakers on time, the date of delivery passed without any communication from them, I’m the one who had to call them to find out what’s happening, they told me the sneakers are out of stock, I’m so disappointed at Nike , this is highly unprofessional
