Horrible Service

<p>We had the worst experience on Friday 25/11/2016 at Nike East Rand Mall. We wanted to exchange my daughter shoes which we bough a week ago - she fitted them, walked with them about ten steps and told me it is too big. With the receipt, they advised us the shoe is full of sand and they WILL not exhange it. We tried to talk to the management - she was sooo rude and pulled the race card, stating that we are not talking to her in a proper manner because she is BLACK?? Seriously? Needless to say she turned her back on us and walked away. </p>
