Highly disappointed

I am so angry bought some sneakers for my wife and I for her birthday celebration on the 16th, they were meant to be delivered on the 15 nothing came. Today on a Monday tried calling them non of the calls go through, on their website the bot/assistant says they are out of stock and the only way they can help is a refund, which will take about 10 working days to reflect in my account. I They are not even making means of locating stores near me so I can collect there but all they want to do is cancel and refund! If money is what I wanted I could have kept it and not buy! I am so disappointed with the service and to think i love this brand.
