Head Office Phone Lines

Trying to get hold of this company is a nightmare! The phone line selection doesn't work half the time and you can't make a selection, it just loops the recorded message and then if you do actually go through to reception, no one EVER answers the phone. I have tried for months on numerous occasions on different days at different times and it is impossible!!!!
