FALSE ADVERTISING AND TRYING TO MISLEAD ME!!!

<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 21st of Dec 2016, I went to the Nike factory store in Eastrand Mall. A sale took place, everything was marked down and on selected items marked to a further 20%...great!</p> <p>I picked up a Nike shoe which had been marked down to R269.00 and a further 20% off the price. I got to the till and the guy tells me the shoe is actually R799.00. He calls the second in charge to assist as the price says R269.00 and she tells me that they not allowed to make the decision and anyway the decision has been declined (by whoever she asked) to give the shoe to me at that price (R269.00).</p> <p>Here is the problem the marked down sticker has not much ink on it (that's not my problem) it may have been an error on your side to put the incorrect price, however, that is how I found it.</p> <p>Why is it now my problem as a customer to verify the work of someone else?? That is and should be the price I get the shoe at!!! The price was not corrected on the shelf instead you want to correct the price when I want to purchase it and charge me even more!!!</p> <p>Since the store is so strong that I take this up further here I am.</p> <p>I have taken pictures of the price AND I have taken pictures of another price that has the number 7 in it. The people who helped me disputed the “line” at the bottom of the number 2, now this makes it a 7 which is fine but the number 7 top “line” is straight and the number 2 curves so please tell me how I am wrong and how they are seeing that a number 2 and 7 will ever look the same???</p> <p>I am highly irate with this situation as I feel you have gone against my right as a CUSTOMER and against all your responsibilities as a consumer to actually do that right thing and take responsibility that someone made a mistake.</p> <p>I have never heard of a place charging a client the higher price of anything if the price was incorrect!!!!! this is absolutely pathetic.</p> <p>It clearly has the number 2 and not a 7, further to that… the price is R269.00 and apparently the shoe is R799.00 so how is it still a “7” but the other two numbers in the bracket is “R2 (69)”.</p> <p>i have the pictures: please be in contact with me for them.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like feedback to this urgently.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks</p> <p>Deandra </p> <p> </p>
