Failure of Service, charged but no order received by Nike.com

I am scratching my head on this. NIke.com of all people. You guys charge R250 for delivery unless the order is over R4000. I made an order the 26th November, I was charged (debited) on the 30th November. I was told the package would arrive between the 1st and 6th December. Today is the 10th. No communications from Nike.com. Infact they told me I can contact the shipping/delivery people (Aramex). I called and emailed them only to be told the package remains in Amsterdam and they dont know when it will be sent to Cape Town. I contacted Nike.com again today and was given this reference: 181 ********** 13.

No one has the slightest idea why the package tracking was last updated on the 30th November and still says it was received in Amsterdam. Almost as if it was ******. Nike.com has already charged me and upon chatting to agent Ria, she basically cut the chat after I asked several questions. Thats poor, poor service.

update* Nike.com refused a refund. Even though they admit the package is missing. Aramex (shipping company) insist Nike.com provided tracking details for a non-existent parcel. Upon speaking with Nike.com today they insist they will investigate and I must wait 5 working days for email feedback. *I have spoken to 2 Nike.com agents. the line was absolutely terrible for both calls. Both agents also do a great job of speaking over you. seems English is by no means their 1st language. DONT EVER order from Nike.com. they barely interested in missing packages. but will charge you the minute your order is placed. **********.
