Extremely poor online order shipping

Extremely poor the entire online process. It is to be noted that unlike their main brand rival, Nike does not seem to carry any stock locally and it is all sourced from Europe, causing huge, frustrating shipping delays on all orders. In todays times, with the speed at which things happen, Nike SA are absolutely useless. Taking into account that they demand a rather hefty shipping surcharge (again, unlike their main brand opposition), the shipping service is a disgrace. Consignments are cleared through customs and days later there is no movement on the shipping, and then without any prior notice, all of a sudden, one day a long, long time later, the shipping company just shows up at your door to deliver!! The entire experience is extremely poor imho.
