Exchange on goods purchased

Bought a pair of Nike Sneakers at the Nike factory store in Springfield,Durban on the 30/09/2017....but the size was wrong.I was back on the 01/10/2017 to exhange for a bigger size...I asked the sales lady to please assist me,as it was really hot and the store was full...it wasjust an exchange...She said I must stand in the que with new paying customers (which was for 2hrs by the way)...Could managentof this store atleast try to geta seperate customer services department?
