Excellent Service: Nike Sales Director

On the 18th February 2015 I played a round of golf at Blue valley and had a negative experience with the <br> Nike 20xi-x golf ball (Ball was cut open and skin was peeling).<br> <br> I relayed this complaint to the South African distributors of Nike golf equipment, Mr Mark Tovey the sales director, responded within a matter of hours and arranged for a complimentary dozen Nike RZN golf ***** to be delivered to me.<br> <br> The prompt response, favourable and surprisingly very generous gesture from Mr Mark Tovey made me feel respected and valued as a consumer.<br> <br> Mr Tovey's efficient and customer friendly reaction to my complaint has restored my \faith"in company bigwigs!<br> <br> Nike is a global brand with a massive reputation and standing in the sports industry!<br> <br> Mr Tovey is a worthy custodian of the Nike brand!
