Don't expect you will get you refund it send back and no service.

I have ordered the Metcon 5 training shoe online on the 31 May 2020 Returned it vs their free couriers aramex service for REFUND BUT YES NO REFUND!!! I LOST R2000. Its impossible to to get any answers. I have contacted several times via email phone and online chat, and still they can't tell me when I will receive my Refund. The shoe wad to big reason for sending back and I request as soon as I have received it. Their own free courier service came to pick it up and yes I have all the prove I have send all paper work back to Nike to show that it got delivered @ back to them again and still they don't do refund. They basically took my money and that's that. Would never ever order online from them ever again. I have keep phonening them but then they cut me off ofter I spent like 20 min on phone.
