Don't ever buy from Nike, not now and certainly not in the future

Nike doesn't even deserve a star, I ordered 2 items on the 10th of November, one custom which takes longer and one normal, I received the custom shoe and I am still waiting for the normal one, it has been in my country since the 18th of November and I haven't received it yet, I phoned nike over 5 times asking for assistance but none was given, they said they ilke escalate it and send me am email but no email was sent, after all that I got through and they said I will be granted a refund in 5 days, I called back today to find out what's going on, they said that they have to wait for the product to return to their warehouse, if the shoe couldn't be delivered to me in such a long time, how will it get to the warehouse, if it takes 6 months to get to the warehouse do i have to wait 6 months for my refund, this shouldn't be the case as it's not my fault, I just want my refund because this has really ruined my Christmas, this is not a small amount of money for me, so please Nike needs to refund my money so I can buy something else coz they are useless, when the products do arrive its defective, it's like they are selling knockoffs, I want my money, I will never recommend Nike nor buy from Nike ever again, they are a disappointment. I want my refund
