Don't buy online from Nike.

Pathetic service online. I had to eventually call the couriers, after a long time and many requests to nike customer care, to find out the pachage was high jacked. Now they refuse to refund me as they need to complete their "investigation". In meantime they sit with more than R4000 of my money for weeks now. Customer care is useless, they could have been an ivr machine... Reading from a script every answer.
