Done with Nike Online Store

I am very disappointed with Nike online store. I created an order for 2 sneakers for my son on the 12th of December 2025,the sneakers were meant for Christams wear but sadly It's the 29th of December 2025 and I have not received the sneakers. Their delivery date was specified as between 22nd and 25th of December 2025. I was soo embarrassed as my son had to enjoy Christmas with his old shoes. I will never make a purchase at Nike stores because their service is terrible. At this point Im even over their shoes. I just want my money back!
