Dissatisfied with service

Purchased shoes. Went to return them as they were not acceptable and was told I had to deal with head office. Store not prepared to handle query. Phoned head office at 9:30 to get a recording that I have reached them out of business hours and I must phone between 8-17hoo. Just called back again to hold for half an hour with no assistance.
