Dissatisfied

<p>Just left Sandton Nike very dissatisfied by the service provided. Popped in to get a T Shirt for my hubby and yo our surprise there was a sale!! Specifically checked the prices as it seemed to vary, assumed due to price. Nonetheless got to the till and the cashier says R700 I asked to check the price as the hanger specifically said R480 the sales lady went to check the price and brought the 2 items marked at R700 and another at R480. Cashier says it been marked wrong or customers mixed the hangers, I said that's fine however I will pay the price as marked, he completely disregards my statement and says no we can't I asked for the manager and he says he is Jacque the manager I asked are you not considering that this is an error on yours use and charge as marked he refused and didn't even seem bothered. From my experience what's on the item is what I pay, the lack of compassion and zeal for service from a store manager at Sandton is what's shocking!! I cannot believe in these time that managers can provide such mediocre service </p>
