Disgusting service

I ordered Nike react infinity run flyknit womens running shoes on the 04th of Dec to give my daughter as a Christmas gift. Money was debited off my account on the same day. Delivery was suppose to take place between the 08th and the 20th. After numerous calls and promises we are still waiting for them. Shocking service. If I don`t have them before Christmas I will instruct the bank to reverse that money.
