Disgusting Nike Manager

<p>I went to Nike in Access Park Kenilworth. I wanted to buy a pair of takkies as a gift. The box was damaged and I told the sales assistant Angela. Angela said that it's not a problem and I can take another box. When I got to the front of the queue and explained the situation. The cashier called the manager and explained the situation. The manager Kieran, said no that can't be done. I explained what Angela said and he said Angela does not have a say, he does. I asked him for the head offices number and he gave me a cell number. I told him that I want a landline number and he gave me a number. When I called this number, someone answered and I asked if this is the head offices number and the person hesitantly said yes. I was standing in the shop and could hear the same music over the phone as what was being playing in the shop. I called him and asked for the head offices number and he gave me a number and walked away. I called this number and the number was incorrect. I called him again and he gave me the correct number and said that he made a mistake. He was laughing while he said this. I do however have all our conversations recorded. Thank you </p>
