Disappointed

On the 21st of December 2018 o purchased a Nike Grey/Rose dress from Sportscene is Durban west street for R499. I had only washed it once in which was by hand with a mild washing powder as the label instructed. I noticed immediately that ut had started siscolouring where it have print, now im sitting with a colourful Tye faded looking dress. I avoided buying from cheap stores as I am a quality over quantity shopper. However, after thus experience I am in a doubt and fear if I purchase your product again I might have the same issue. I have never had a problem with NIKE clothing as I am a frequent buyer of the brand BUT I have been left in Awe after this and would request to be reimbursed. Its not fair that a customer o choose to purchase a well-known brand from a reputable store only to be **********. You would agree that the item wasn't cheap either!
