Delivery Date not met

I ordered a merchandise for my daughter through the online store in Dec. Was promised the 27th of Dec as the delivery date. I was disappointed as this was her Xmas present. I did understand cos i felt I ordered late. What made me angry was when the delivery date wasn't met as promised.

I called on the 31st of Dec was given a 3rd party to contact. I felt this was very unfair to me as I shouldn't have to worry about their Logistics partners. It is the 2nd of Jan and still I have no idea when my delivery will be. I am darn sure I will not be buying here again. I haven't had these issues with their competitors, Puma and Adidas to be exact.
