Deeply Disappointed in Nike

Worst service ever! I bought a pair of Jordans online for a birthday present, 4 weeks later, I still don't have my order. I had to be the middle man between Nike and their courier partner Aramex for weeks to get to the bottom of this, because neither Nike nor Aramex give a damn. Behold, my package was either "lost" or "******". I have asked for a refund and it better not take another 4 weeks, else I will lodge a formal complaint with the consumer ombudsman.

It's a shame Michael Jordan is associated with such a pathetic brand. Nike has really left a bad taste in my mouth. I will never buy anything from Nike again, that's for sure.

The best service is when your customer does not even have to speak to you, clearly Nike is ******** to that.
