Customers get ignored, continuously
My Nike GPS Running watch screen fogged up after only a few mins. of running in hot, dry weather conditions(No water went near it)on 24 Jan. Then, on 26 Jan. I called Nike head office, to inquire about screen repairs as my warranty had recently run out. I was told they cannot assist on the telephone, I should email, which I did. After 4 days, I got no response. Called back and was again told they cannot help on the phone, I must email. I told them I had emailed, 4 days ago, got auto-reply with ticket no. #6254#. They then said they will look into it. Shortly after I got a reply saying they do not fix watch straps or software issues, and I should just go buy another watch and they will offer me a slight discount for new one. I rep**** saying that not only did it take 4 days to reply, but they rep**** with totally irrelevant info. I never mentioned anything about strap or software and I want to know about the screen. It's now been 11 days and once again, NO RESPONSE. I am now making my mission to inform everyone of lack of service by Nike after 3 phone calls and 2 email. I have been in contact with Nike Head Office, USA. Pathetic!
