CUSTOMER IGNORED BAD SERVICE

I walked into the Store at Mall of Africa yesterday, 4 guys were hurdled around the treadmill passing ball to each other ignoring clients. only when I walked to the counter a young man chased after me. The gents at the treadmill were not bothered event find out the manager was also standing there chatting. the service is disgusting and you need to start taking customers seriously. I m very disappointed at the service.
