Complaint about Nike Failure to Deliver & No Accountability I am extremely disappointed with Nike. I placed an order worth R7,400, but the goods never reached my address. Despite this, Nike insists that the order was “delivered.” I requested proof of delivery and a copy of my signed receipt, but nothing has been provided because I never received or signed for anything. To make matters worse, I was told that they will not refund me. This is shocking and unacceptable from a global brand like Nike. It feels as though my hard-earned money is gone for nothing, and the lack of accountability shows they do not value their customers. I trusted Nike, but this experience has left me with regret and disappointment.
