Brand New NIKE AIR MAX 90 (REVERSE INFRARED)

I purchased a pair of Nike Air Max shoes from the Nike Concept store at the V&A Water Font in Cape Town. Within a week the shoes started making a squeaking noise. I took the shoes and the purchase slip back to the store - the response was that they would not replace them?Instead they would contact the Nike Product specialist and get back to me. Well there was no response from the store for 2 weeks. I then went back to the store and they advised that nothing was wrong with the shoe. As soon as i started wearing it again and walked around in the store the noise came back. They still said that they could not replace the shoe and would need the product specialist to come back and have a look at the shoe when i was at the store.1 week later and nothing. I called the store again as they promised me that the specialist would come past when i am available but guess what, its Saturday which is the day that we agreed on but the specialist is not coming past and the manager is not reachable according to the store. So i guess the joke is on me as i am being ignored and all i want is my money back. This has been the worst shopping experience of my life and i will take this further with NIKE HQ<br>
