Been told to walk away

I had bought a recent pair of Nike shoe yesterday,on my arrival didn't checked it. I tried wearing it this morning and I realized it was too tight.drove back to sandton city but I had the worse experience ever.the Indian lady talking and mumbling to the point she had to tell me she will not assist me in a very arrogant way . I even had to buy a new pair of a sandal for me to get home . Really disappointed and I vouch to get my money back and I'm done with this store. I had bought over 15pair from that store over the years. This kind of service has left me with a tremendous worse experience ever.
