Be better just do it

If I could give less than a star I would. My husband ordered indoor football boots on the 4th of November 2024 and it was indicated that the delivery date would be the 25th of November 2024. Today, 4th of December 2024, my husband has still not received any form of communication regarding his order or any possible way to even track his order. Every time he attempts to phone, no matter what time there is a message stating that the lines are closed. Absolutely terrible service. Could probably get better service from Temu at this stage.
