Bad Service and nonsense return policy

I went to the fourways mall branch, over the weekend the sales assist that helped my daughter choose shoes also recommended a certain size for socks.

We get home the socks don’t fit they too small. So I went back today was assisted by a very unfriendly lady Bontle who happens to be the store manager. She was busy on the counter and when we went over to the counter she continued to do what she was doing, for me it was like she’s doing me a favour by even talking to me. She told me that socks can’t be exchanged nor returned it’s their policy.

My question is when u buy something that can’t be returned, is not staff duty to tell me that please make sure what you buying is the correct size because it can’t be returned. What’s worse is that my daughter socks size was recommended by one of their own staff. They can take back shoes that u have tired on n worn but can’t take back socks how does that work.

On the actual receipt no where it mentions that socks can’t be returned.

I wasted my time going there. Am so mad. I will never support Nike. Infact the shoes that I brought I am taking them back. Will support another brand. This is not right.
