Bad Experience at The Glen Nike Store

I had a very bad experience at The Glen Nike store today needed refund on shoes purchased was asked for the card used for purchase which i did not have with on monday then i said i will come back tomorrow the manager there said no problem... Today when i went there they refused to give me a refund nor an exchange for something else was told to go back were i purchased the product at. When i asked to talk to the manager on the phone she said she is busy on a conference will get back to me on friday... I really do not get how easy people can take peoples money but when the person needs his or her money back they have to beg something really needs to be done about this.
