Bad customer service really :(

Network problems/unclear line at Mall of Africa when trying to call and enquire about a product .Attitude of the lady that answers the phone is also not so helpful because she keeps on disconnecting the phone and on two occasions especially when I tell her its me again she just hung up unfortunately I did not get her name . I really liked the shoe and wanted to find out if they had it before coming to the store .
