Appalled and Disgusted by Black Friday staff

My sister was in the Nike Factory Store today and she wanted me to bring her children in. I told her I can bring them because I see how the security is allowing people in and out at the door through the exit point. And these are her children and she would like to get something for her children. As I get to the door, the security allowed people in at the exit point and I went to the security to explain that my sister would like her kids to go in. The security said no. I explained the situation and he still said no. Then he decided to close the gate in my face. He did not close the gate before and he allowed people who made arrangements with him in but when I asked he all of a sudden closed the gate. I then asked to speak to the head of security and nobody wanted to assist me. I could not for the life of me understand why he would allow other people to make arrangements with him and let them in, but did not allow my sister to let her kids in... And nobody wanted to refer me to the head of security either. Instead, the guy started raising his voice at me and closed the gate in my face. He then said that he doesn't care what I have to say... When my sister was in the store to ask, the staff said that she should speak to the security because the security has nothing to do with the store. When my sister spoke to the security, the security said that she should speak to the staff because they are following the rules of the store. Can't woman make sure their kids are fine when shopping. The kids wanted to eat and were becoming restless?!?!
