1st Prize for the worst customer service in SA!! Avoid being ****med by Nike.

Placed an order for 10 Nike full tracksuits and paid. Only received part of the order(10 pants & 7 jackets). Calling customer service is a nightmare. Eventually had no option but to order 3 full tracksuits to replace the 3 missing jackets. Received the new Nike order and again short. Only delivered 50% so we are still short. Called 8 times, call agents cant help, tell you a manager will call in 2 hours, tried that 4 times, no call-back. Will never order from Nike again. In fact will never wear a Nike product again. Never experienced more frustrating inefficient customer service from any other company in over 26 years of business. Save yourself the frustration.
